Program decisions are multi faceted and can have significant impacts on applicants and their ability to obtain permanent resident status in Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Alberta Advantage Immigration Program, the Manager is responsible for leading and reinforcing efficiency, quality, and service standards for responses to enquiries received through program area mailboxes, the Action Request Tracking System (ARTS), and other communication channels. The position is also responsible for overseeing program related web content, with a particular focus on statistical information and updates.
