About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the energy and infrastructure space, is seeking a Project Scheduler to join a high-performing Project Controls team supporting complex, large-scale projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives across power generation, transmission, and sustainable energy, working alongside a diverse and multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring project success by developing and maintaining detailed schedules that guide execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and construction stakeholders, helping bring structure, clarity, and foresight to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop, maintain, and present detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate schedule inputs and maintain up-to-date timelines
• You’ll perform time impact analyses and support change management processes with schedule insights
• You’ll monitor progress, track performance metrics, and generate monthly schedule reports for stakeholders
• You’ll review project milestones and contracts, ensuring all critical activities are reflected in the schedule
• You’ll identify risks and delays, proactively adjusting schedules to maintain project timelines

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling within an industrial or EPC environment
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, this is a mandatory requirement
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method and project controls processes
• Experience working on engineering, procurement, and construction projects is highly valued
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
