Agilus is recruiting for a Regional Field Quality Coordinator III in the Oil and Gas Sector in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Regional Field Quality Coordinator provides Quality Control (QC) execution and Quality Assurance (QA) oversight in support of Pipeline Maintenance and project activities within the Prairie Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). The role is accountable for performing fundamental QC activities while providing QA oversight to ensure maintenance and project work is planned, executed, and documented in alignment with the established quality program, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Total rewards: $60.00 - $75.00 hourly Pay Rates $70 to $75/hr for IC and $60 to $64/hr for T4 1 year contract Location: Regina, SK or Sherwood Park, AB A typical day: • Provides Quality Control execution and Quality Assurance oversight for pipeline maintenance and project activities in accordance with the quality program. • Develops, reviews, manages, and controls quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), pressure test plans, weld and NDE matrices, inspection packages, and turnover records. • Performs QC verification activities and provides QA oversight to ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Reviews Vendor, Supplier, and Contractor quality documentation for applicability, completeness, and conformance. • Monitors, assesses, and reports on project quality performance; identifies quality issues, trends, and risks; and ensures timely and effective resolution. • Prepares, issues, and manages Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to closure using Quality Enhancement Reporting system. • Develops and tracks Corrective Action Plans, Preventative Action Plans, and Root Cause Analyses, verifying effectiveness of implemented actions. Successful candidates will have: • Related University degree and 4 years’ experience or 8 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline construction and/or maintenance.• CSA 178.2 Level II certification. • NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level II certification. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Bluebeam. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Typical work environment consists of approximately 90% office-based work and 10% field presence, which may vary based on project requirements. • Field activities may include overnight stays and exposure to physical and environmental conditions requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
