Your Responsibilities

• You’ll provide high-level administrative support to a physician with a demanding and evolving schedule
• You’ll manage a complex calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and communications with accuracy
• You’ll coordinate events, academic sessions, and departmental activities in a fast-paced setting
• You’ll arrange travel and handle logistics, ensuring smooth execution of all plans
• You’ll maintain records, files, and data updates with strong attention to detail
• You’ll support general office operations, contributing to an organized and efficient environment

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, research, or academic environments is a strong asset
• Proficiency in MS Office and database tools
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
