The Senior Advisor, Workforce Planning is a key strategic role to lay the foundation to develop and maintain comprehensive workforce plans that align directly with our organizational objectives and evolving business needs. This role leads workforce planning processes, applies data and forecasting to identify current and future needs, and provides strategic, evidence‑based advice to leaders.
You will also play a central role in configuring and leveraging Workday workforce planning modules, ensuring accurate data, meaningful reporting, and effective workforce insights. Working closely with HR and business partners, you will help shape workforce strategies that support organizational effectiveness and long‑term goals.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, AND several years of experience in workforce planning, HCM system configuration, or a related field
AND
Experience with HCM systems; Workday experience an asset

In developing, implementing, and monitoring workforce plans
In designing, implementing and sustaining workforce planning processes
In analyzing HR data and forecasting staffing needs
In configuring and optimizing HCM modules, such as workforce planning
In collaborating with HR and business teams on talent management
In applying HR policies, procedures, and regulations
In reporting and presenting workforce insights
In providing strategic advice, guidance and recommendations

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
However, we are open to considering applicants who wish to work remotely from another location within Canada. Flexibility in work arrangements is available for exceptional candidates across the country.
