The Performance and Analytics Advisor for the HR Division plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and strategic support. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating performance metrics, as well as conducting comprehensive analyses to inform HR programs and initiatives.
The advisor collaborates with stakeholders across the division to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement. By translating complex data into actionable recommendations, the Performance and Analytics Advisor supports evidence-based decision-making and contributes to the achievement of HR goals.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or Certificate in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline AND several years of experience in data analysis, data science or a related field

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
However, we are open to considering applicants who wish to work remotely from another location within Canada. Flexibility in work arrangements is available for exceptional candidates across the country.
