We are currently hiring for a fulltime Supply Chain Planning Manager (1 full-time permanent position) based at our Victoria, BC location: 2195 Keating Cross Rd, Saanichton, BC V8M 2A5. **Please note that we are not able to provide relocation support or work permit sponsorship for this position. 

 

 

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planning Team Leader and drive operational excellence across our organization! We're looking for a strategic thinker who can orchestrate seamless flow of materials while leading a talented team to new heights. 

 

What will you do: 

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant operations 

  • Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and ensure On-Time Delivery 

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including promotional activities, new product launches, and part/supplier changes 

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in order management and operations planning 

  • Provide strategic guidance to executive management on supply chain planning activities while serving on the entity's management committee 

  • Animate and maintain the Master Production Plan (MPP), analyzing needs and achievements while planning necessary resources 

  • Lead and manage the planning and order management team in alignment with SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.

  • Proven track record in supply chain planning and operations management 

  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and management 

  • Expert knowledge of supply chain strategies, capacity planning, and supply chain network optimization 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities 

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels 

  • Strong knowledge of MPS/MRP, demand planning, and inventory optimization.

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and incentive, is $115,000 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
