Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead and innovate within our Software‑Defined Wide Area Networking (SDWAN) solution portfolio, with a strong emphasis on the Cisco SD‑WAN ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical understanding of networking technologies, particularly Cisco architectures, and a proven ability to translate market needs into successful product strategies and roadmaps. You will be the driving force behind defining the future of our SDWAN offerings, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to ensure our Cisco‑aligned solutions deliver exceptional value and meet the evolving demands of the enterprise network landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management for complex technical products, a passion for networking, and the ability to articulate a clear, compelling product vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products or significant product lines, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder, user, and market research insights into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful product development and launch.
  • Ensure products consistently meet defined quality standards for functionality, performance, usability, and security.
  • Partner with the development team to resolve technical issues and ensure timely, budget-conscious product delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain product health by defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing operational performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Nurture the existing customer base to ensure sustained satisfaction by proactively understanding and anticipating evolving customer needs.
  • Own and drive timely, effective resolution of customer issues through proactive stakeholder collaboration.
  • Establish robust feedback loops with customer-facing teams to ensure customer insights directly inform product prioritization and roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to develop and execute annual GTM plans and sales motions that achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple products. 
  • Understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations with a focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet and SDWAN networks and solutions. 
  • Solid grasp of product management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from diverse sources. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and SAP. 
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and managing compliance documentation.
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and evaluating opportunities to enhance product capabilities. 

 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
