Our client in the aviation and transportation sector is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to support the design and delivery of critical systems that enable safe and efficient operations across a large-scale environment. You will be working on NC-Spaces components as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking development team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a full-stack role with a 50/50 split between frontend (Vue.js) and backend (Node.js/Python), offering strong exposure across modern application development.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll design and develop software solutions based on defined technical requirements and specifications
• You’ll write clean, efficient code and contribute to system design across both frontend and backend components
• You’ll build and execute unit and automated tests to ensure application reliability and performance
• You’ll support full system integration and testing activities to validate end-to-end functionality
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand dependencies and deliver seamless solutions
• You’ll document your work and ensure effective knowledge transfer at key project milestones

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience (intermediate level)
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (must-have) and modern JavaScript (ES6, Node.js)
• Experience with Python (Django preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with software integration, testing practices, and configuration management
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban)
• Working knowledge of Linux and CSS
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Key Technical Focus Areas

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
• Strong Vue.js development experience
• Backend development experience using Python/Django
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
