Our client, a large enterprise organization in the financial services space, is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Document Management Production Support Specialist to support a mission-critical platform. Your Responsibilities

• You’ll act as the go-to expert for a critical document management platform, ensuring stability and performance
• You’ll investigate and resolve complex production issues across applications, databases, and infrastructure
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective incident resolution
• You’ll monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
• You’ll administer and maintain Mobius repositories, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• You’ll automate repetitive processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• You’ll document solutions and build a knowledge base to support ongoing operations

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise ECM or document management systems
• Advanced expertise with OpenText Documentum and Rocket Software Mobius
• Strong experience with Oracle databases and SQL for troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and root cause analysis
• Experience supporting Java microservices in OpenShift environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
• Nice to have, experience with Mobius z/OS or mainframe environments
