About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and growing organization in the transportation and logistics’ sector, is seeking an
Accountant to join their finance operations team during an exciting period of transformation. With a major ERP transition to D365 underway, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities- You’ll perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- You’ll prepare and post journal entries, ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date
- You’ll support month-end close activities including accruals, amortization, and reconciliations
- You’ll collaborate with operational teams to gather insights and ensure accurate financial reporting
- You’ll identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across financial workflows
- You’ll contribute to audits, budgeting cycles, and ongoing financial analysis
Skills and Qualifications- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Actively enrolled in CPA program
- Experience working with an ERP system, D365 or similar considered an asset
- Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and problem-solve independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
