Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support the day-to-day management of highrise construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout
  • You’ll coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects aligned with timelines and specifications
  • You’ll manage project documentation using Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • You’ll monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying risks and supporting corrective actions
  • You’ll participate in site walks to ensure quality, progress, and safety standards are met
  • You’ll assist with procurement, cost tracking, and monthly reporting activities


Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience within highrise or large-scale construction projects
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Procore and familiarity with MS Project scheduling
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to site
