As an IM/IT Business Analyst for the Innovation Team, you will be at the forefront of driving technology innovation at CFMWS. Your role is outcome-oriented and business-driven, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and service excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to understand business needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and deliver impactful solutions.
You will support the intake, prioritization, and execution of innovation initiatives, supporting the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs) projects. Your responsibilities include documenting business objectives, user requirements, and technical specifications, while ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational strategy and client expectations.
As a creative problem-solver, you will facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships with business units to ensure that technology solutions deliver measurable value. You will champion a client-focused approach, continuously seek new ideas and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field AND several years of experience in an IM/IT related field

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
This temporary employment is expected to end on 31 March 2028.
