We are looking for our a Hotel Maintenance Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Hotel Maintenance Manager you will oversee all property and equipment preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring our building, systems, and grounds are operating safely, efficiently and in line with company and brand standards. You will supervise the engineering team, maintain our fire and life safety systems, respond to internal and guest needs and ensure the upkeep the condition of the hotel's front and back-of-house spaces, mechanical/electrical systems, FF&E and other facilities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Customer-Focused Individuals: Passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and associates.
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized and meticulous in performing maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in top condition.
• Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working effectively in a collaborative setting while also working independently.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.

You are a skilled and hands-on leader with enhanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance and you excel at diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. You're organized, safety-minded, and confident managing preventative maintenance programs, inspection standards and service contracts. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems and know how to motivate and guide a team. You are comfortable working with tools, equipment and chemicals and you don't mind getting outside to maintain curb appeal or tackle seasonal tasks, as you take pride in maintaining a well-run, safe, and guest ready property.
