Agilus is recruiting for a Analyst, Operational Recoveries & Lease Administration in the Property Management Sector in Toronto, Ontario. 5-6 month contract position. The Analyst, Operational Recoveries & Lease Administration will oversee a lease portfolio, validates lease obligations for accurate reflection in JD Edwards and analyzes lease documents to maintain critical data records. Total rewards: $60000.00 - $65000.00 annually Contract length: 5-6 months 4 days in office, 1 day work from home 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours per week Collaborative office environment A typical day: Review and abstract high volumes of lease documents; input critical data into JD Edwards accurately Analyze lease clauses related to gross sales reporting and percentage rent Compare lease-required sales reporting frequency against JDE setup and identify discrepancies Assess tenant compliance with sales reporting requirements and flag non-reporting tenants Identify tenants incorrectly included or excluded from sales reporting Detect tenants subject to percentage rent missed in prior reviews and update systems once approved Analyze national tenant disputes, recoveries, and NOI impact in partnership with Tenant Share Support dispute tracking, recovery analytics, and ad hoc reporting for special projects The successful candidate brings: Post-secondary education with progressive experience in real estate or lease administration (or equivalent) Strong understanding of real property agreements, including leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations Ability to interpret and analyze lease clauses accurately Basic accounting knowledge or experience Experience or familiarity with JD Edwards an asset or use of any ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills in data entry Clear, professional written and verbal communication; approachable and collaborative Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills This posting is for an active opening.
