On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities

•    Establishing and communicating proposal timelines and responsibilities and determining the required proposal response layout
•    Establishing responsibilities for the team, ensuring the follow-up and respect of deliverable time frames
•    Planning and organizing the coordination meetings needed to ensure that the process runs smoothly
•    Following Bell Canada’s internal governance practices including soliciting risk and legal opinions from internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) legislation
•    review of RFP instructions to define the proposal document set-up, format and templates required to ensure a fully compliant bid response that is easy for the end-client to navigate and evaluate
•    Accountable for the production of responses via the appropriate medium and guaranteeing the highest quality
•    Delivering proposals that are compliant to the company policies within the timeframe established by the customer
 

Critical Qualifications

•    Minimum of 2 years of Proposal Management experience
•    Minimum of 1 year of experience with RFP responses featuring complex technical solutions exceeding $1M in value
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Advanced Microsoft Word skills and working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
•    Proven ability to manage workload and multi-task under very tight deadlines
•    Serves as champion in the coordination, planning and organization of the work;
•    Proven aptitude for teamwork in a virtual setting
•    University degree or equivalent work experience
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Proven aptitude for teamwork in a virtual setting
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Knowledge of sales and the company's products/services
•    Knowledge of legal concepts would be an asset
•    APMP Certification would be an asset
•    In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
