About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization within the professional services sector, is seeking a seasoned Presales Solution Architect to shape and deliver complex, end-to-end managed services solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, where your expertise will directly influence client outcomes and long-term partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and finance, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pursuit lifecycle. From discovery through to solution design and proposal development, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative, scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements, assess current processes, and define solution scope
  • In this role, you’ll design end-to-end BPO managed services solutions, including operating models, workflows, and automation strategies
  • You’ll develop pricing models, proposals, and Statements of Work that align with client needs and business objectives
  • You’ll present and defend solution designs to executive stakeholders, delivering clear and compelling narratives
  • You’ll define service management frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, governance structures, and reporting models
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with delivery capabilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or BPO managed services environments
  • Proven experience designing and delivering solutions across Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategies and commercial models, including FTE-based and outcome-based approaches
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical, client-centric solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
