About the Opportunity

Our client, a high-growth professional services organization, is seeking a Talent & Performance Business Partner to join their collaborative and fast-moving team. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, support business growth, and elevate the employee experience across multiple global markets.

You will work alongside a lean and driven HR team, acting as a trusted advisor across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand, and where your voice and ideas directly influence outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from early career talent to senior leadership, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
  • In this role, you’ll design and deliver structured onboarding programs that set employees up for success from day one
  • You’ll partner with leaders to support workforce planning, performance cycles, and talent development initiatives
  • You’ll oversee HR operations, including employee relations, compensation changes, and HRIS management
  • You’ll contribute to global talent initiatives, collaborating with international stakeholders across multiple regions
  • You’ll support the evolution of learning and development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing impactful solutions

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a professional services or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience across the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Experience with workforce planning, change management, and organizational growth initiatives
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms, exposure to AI tools is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
