Salary: From 22.00 to 25 per Hour
 

Location: Brampton, ON (4 days a week on site, 1 day remote).
Language: Strong written and spoken English required.
Duration: 4 month contract, potential for extension based on need of work.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (1 hour unpaid lunch).
Pay Rate: $22/hour-$25/hour


About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support their Business Development and operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency across transportation activities.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain and analyze logistics and sales data, ensuring systems are up to date and reporting is reliable. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving environment where accurate data and insights directly support business decisions and growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll maintain and update logistics and pipeline data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy across all records
  • In this role, you’ll analyze data for completeness and consistency, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively
  • You’ll support reporting by pulling data and assisting with dashboards to reflect current business and operational activity
  • You’ll collaborate with business development and operations teams to ensure timely updates and data alignment
  • You’ll follow established processes to maintain high standards of data integrity and system discipline
  • You’ll flag risks or gaps in data that may impact reporting, forecasting, or operational visibility

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or data-focused roles
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or data management systems is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues
