About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading retail organization to find a Senior Director, Digital and Technology who will shape the future of digital commerce and omnichannel experiences. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving enterprise-wide strategy and ensuring alignment across ecommerce, stores, and fulfillment operations.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, senior business leaders, and technology teams to bring clarity, direction, and measurable outcomes to a complex digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to connect people, priorities, and platforms will directly influence customer experience and business growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll define and lead the enterprise digital and omnichannel strategy aligned with business priorities
• You’ll translate executive vision into clear, integrated roadmaps across ecommerce, stores, and supply chain
• You’ll guide senior leaders across digital commerce, CRM, loyalty, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes
• You’ll oversee omnichannel operations including fulfillment models and customer journey optimization
• You’ll establish governance for analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
• You’ll partner with IT leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital commerce, omnichannel retail, or enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CRM, loyalty programs, analytics, and enterprise systems
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders and influence outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level strategy and evaluating technology investments
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align executive stakeholders and teams
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven and customer-focused mindset
