Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage high-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals
• You’ll oversee payment processing including EFT, wire transfers, and cheque runs
• You’ll investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and vendors
• You’ll reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close activities
• You’ll maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations
• You’ll support system enhancements through testing and validation activities

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice matching, and reconciliations
• Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle and proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of GST, HST, or other sales tax requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
