As a security guard in the commercial sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there.

Position we are looking to Fill

P1: Monday-Thursday 09:30-1700

P2: Thursday 09:30-17:00 and Friday 09:30-16:00

Responsibilities for Commercial Security Guard

Maintain a safe and Secure environment
Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
Provide Excellent customer service.
Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.

Qualifications for Commercial Security Guard

Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
Be able to work Morning shifts
Customer service oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment
