Your Responsibilities

• You’ll provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users across the organization
• In this role, you’ll manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access permissions
• You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Outlook and Office 365
• You’ll support and optimize ERP and CRM platforms such as Buildertrend and Acumatica
• You’ll contribute to reporting and dashboard development using Power BI
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth IT operations, including occasional after-hours support

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Exposure to ERP or CRM systems is considered an asset
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
