Your Responsibilities

• You’ll define and lead the technology vision and strategy for advisor platforms across the Americas
• You’ll oversee global engineering teams, fostering performance, growth, and collaboration across regions
• You’ll drive the delivery of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business priorities
• You’ll partner with stakeholders to modernize platforms, including CRM and marketing technologies
• You’ll lead vendor selection, budgeting, and operational planning to support technology initiatives
• You’ll champion continuous improvement, service excellence, and adoption of emerging technologies including AI


Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in project or program management
• Proven experience leading global, distributed engineering teams
• Strong background in digital marketing technology such as AEM, CDP, or Marketo
• Experience driving AI adoption and integrating AI-first approaches within delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation initiatives
• Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree considered an asset
