About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the enterprise technology space, is seeking a Local Technology Support Analyst to join their on-site team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to stay productive. Working closely with peers and end users, you will support day-to-day technical operations while gaining exposure to a wide range of systems, devices, and technologies.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• You’ll image, configure, and prepare PCs for deployment or disposal
• You’ll troubleshoot issues related to AV equipment, meeting rooms, and end-user devices
• You’ll support PC refreshes, hardware upgrades, and system swaps
• You’ll manage and resolve tickets while delivering excellent customer service
• You’ll assist with inventory tracking, shipping equipment, and compliance-related tasks
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience with PC imaging, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and end-user support environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow processes and work independently with moderate guidance
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
