This role offers the opportunity to lead and evolve core money-movement experiences that customers rely on every day, including debit, cash access, and related deposit funded transactions. As a Senior Product Manager within the Deposit Products team, you will shape how money moves into, out of, and within our customers’ accounts—ensuring experiences are simple, reliable, and aligned to our deposit growth and engagement objectives. Your work will directly support our mission by improving trust, accessibility, and usability of everyday banking. In this role, you’ll gain end-to-end ownership of high visibility portfolios, influence enterprise priorities, and partner broadly across the bank to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

Position Responsibilities

ATM Portfolio Management

  • Lead the strategy and management of the ATM portfolio, ensuring reliable access to cash and self‑service banking aligned with customer needs and deposit usage patterns.

  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and external vendors to maintain high availability, resolve issues, and continuously improve ATM performance.

  • Use customer and advisor feedback to identify opportunities to reduce friction and enhance ATM journeys.

  • Track portfolio metrics including uptime, transaction volumes, usage trends, and customer satisfaction to inform investment and optimization decisions.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging ATM capabilities to maintain competitiveness and relevance.

Debit Card Portfolio Management

  • Own the end‑to‑end performance of the Debit Card portfolio, focusing on activation, usage, reliability, and customer experience.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance card issuance, certification, activation, replacement, and lifecycle management processes.

  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies for external disruptions (e.g., postal or vendor issues) to ensure continuity of debit card services.

  • Monitor and influence key debit metrics such as activation rates, transaction volumes, fraud impacts, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Fraud, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to balance strong controls with seamless customer experiences.

Product Management – Money Movement features

  • Partner closely with the Payments & Money Movement team in prioritizing money‑movement capabilities to support deposit growth, engagement, and retention objectives.

  • Act as the deposit P&L owner for money‑movement initiatives, providing input into investment decisions, trade‑offs, and sequencing based on portfolio economics, customer value, and strategic impact.

  • Bring a deposit‑led perspective to money‑movement strategy by translating deposit fund‑flow insights (inflows, outflows, usage patterns, attrition, and retention) into clear problem statements and opportunities for the Payments & Money Movement roadmap.

  • Partner with Treasury and Finance to assess the financial impact of money‑movement features on deposit balances, revenue, cost, and risk, ensuring alignment with portfolio targets.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Growth & Go‑to‑Market, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance.

  • Serve as the deposit product voice for money‑movement, debit, and ATM initiatives, aligning teams around shared objectives and clear priorities.

  • Translate stakeholder input, customer insights, and regulatory requirements into actionable product strategies and execution plans.

  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to anticipate regulatory changes and ensure strong governance across all portfolios.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in Product Management, preferably in Deposits.

  • University or college degree, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Agile Product Owner certification or relevant experience preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between

$85,300.00 CAD - $135,300.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
