Salary: $113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD
 

We are seeking an engineering expert and an execution-focused Delivery Lead to execute on our AI & Innovation efforts within the Digital Technologies group in Wealth & Asset Management Technology area. This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact AI use cases, accelerating adoption of platforms like Copilot Studio, Autonomous Agents, ensuring intelligent automation across the enterprise.

You will lead a team to bring AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

Oversees the various stages of product development and collaborates with the software development team for managing technical implementation of cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to build AI solutions and execute on use cases across business units such as Wealth Management, Marketing, Risk/Compliance, and Technology/Operations

  • Drive Copilot Studio enablement and adoption, including governance, training, and integration with enterprise platforms.

  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to translate strategic AI opportunities into scalable, compliant solutions.

  • Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and resource strategies to support AI initiatives.

  • Ensure solutions build effectively bring in delivery and productivity efficiencies across the enterprise.

  • Ensure solutions meet financial services regulatory standards, including data privacy, model governance, and auditability.

  • Champion agile delivery practices, DevOps, and continuous improvement across the AI portfolio.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and business impact.

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to financial services and enterprise innovation.

  • Be at the forefront of AI transformation in financial services.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and customer value.

  • Collaborate with top-tier talent in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in technical delivery leadership position in enterprise production environment with at least 3 years in AI/ML or intelligent automation.

  • Deep understanding of financial services operations, regulatory landscape, and risk management.

  • Experience as a hands-on developer, since this role would require rolling up the sleeves and contribute to the design and solution.

  • Proven success in delivering AI solutions at scale, including LLMs, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or similar technologies.

  • Strong experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and data integration.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
