Agilus is recruiting for a Drilling and Completions Supervisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client, an established oil and gas producer, is seeking an experienced Drilling & Completions (D&C) Supervisor to oversee drilling and completions activities for an upcoming program. The role will support operations beginning June–August, with completions activities concluding by October. This position requires hands-on field leadership, strong safety performance, and proven experience in SAGD and unconventional resource development. Total rewards: $125.00 hourly $1500/day. Camp based accommodations provided. $1.15/KM provided for travel. Opportunity for contract extension. A typical day: Supervise day-to-day drilling and completions operations in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ensure all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Coordinate with drilling, completions, production, engineering, and service company personnel. Manage contractors and service providers to maintain high operational standards Monitor well performance, drilling parameters, and completions execution Provide accurate daily reporting, cost tracking, and operational updates Successful candidates will have: Extensive Drilling & Completions experience in upstream oil and gas operations SAGD and shale experience required Duvernay experience strongly preferred Proven experience supervising field operations and contractors Strong understanding of drilling, completions, and well servicing procedures This posting is for an active opening.
