Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the build, testing, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Epic Willow modules
• In this role, you’ll coordinate project activities and track deliverables to ensure timelines are met
• You’ll develop test scripts and use case scenarios to support system validation and enhancements
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and implementation
• You’ll document processes, procedures, and system specifications to ensure clarity and consistency
• You’ll help prioritize and manage multiple incoming requests in a dynamic environment

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Systems, including project coordination or management
• Epic Willow certification and hands-on experience with Epic build and support
• Experience working within a Canadian healthcare environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
