Looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be part of a large-scale transformational program! Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Agilus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Workforce Transformation Program within a complex enterprise environment. This role is highly visible and will oversee multiple transformation workstreams focused on People, Process, Workforce, and Quality rather than application delivery. You will work closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional partners including HR, Change Management, Finance, Technology, and Offshore/Onshore teams to drive progress, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream transformation program Drive execution of process and workforce transformation initiatives, not application development Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to influence decisions and manage trade-offs Develop and manage integrated project plans, governance, financials, schedules, and reporting Oversee project artefacts including RAID logs, stakeholder matrices, dashboards, executive updates, and steering committee materials Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple teams and vendors Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery models Support organizational change in partnership with HR and Change Management teams Requirements: 5–10+ years managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams Proven experience leading enterprise process, workforce, or operational transformation programs Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models PMP certification required (Agile/SAFe certifications are an asset) Deep knowledge of Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) and governance frameworks Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change What's in it for you: $90.00 - $100.00 hourly Opportunity to work with a large Canadian Financial Services organization and help lead a major large-scale transfomrational program.
