Our client is looking for a Leasing Consultant/Administrator to join their team for a 3-month contract at a downtown apartment building. This person will be providing customer service, lease management, and apartment tours. What's in it for you: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly Contract duration: three months with chance of extension Location: SW Calgary Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, full-time in-office Full time hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Providing customer service to residents and future residents Answering the phones and managing the inbox Setting up appointments and viewings Conducting viewings Welcoming new residents and helping with their orientation Running marketing and sales reports Following up on sales leads and handling negotiations with leases when needed Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in leasing and property management Fluent with MS Office Working experience with Yardi preferred • Experience with leasing suites; setting up and conducting viewings, managing lease contracts and negotiations Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written This posting is for an active opening.
