Senior Consultant, Merchandise Analytics
The Integrated Planning Management (IPM) & Merchandise Analytics team owns and enables enterprise Integrated Planning processes. We are the technical and analytical engine behind the merchandising organization. Our mission is to help make Canadian Tire the #1 product forecasting retailer, with best-in-class inventory management. We sit at the intersection of business and technology, powering the buying and merchandising process through strong financial, planning, and analytical expertise. We support and partner with cross-functional business stakeholders (Merchandise Planning, Category Business Planners, Forecasting, Replenishment, Digital, Promotions, IT) through best-in-class analytics, planning tools, and data-driven insights that inform key decisions. The work is fundamentally about enabling better merchandising decisions and improving forecast accuracy using deep technical skills. You will lead complex planning initiatives, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and help evolve how Integrated Planning operates across the organization.
