Location: Ottawa, ON, Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
Compensation: $45- $55.00 T4, per hour
Language: Strong English communication required, both written and verbal; bilingual French is an asset
Duration: Contract to permanent (6 Months to start with a conversion at the end)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established non-profit organization, is seeking a Manager, Payroll and Benefits to join their People and Culture team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will oversee payroll operations while supporting a broader network of internal employees and external client groups. The role blends technical payroll expertise with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with HR and Finance teams, acting as a key partner in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to manage complexity, support your team, and build strong internal relationships will directly impact organizational success.
