Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their high-performing recruitment team supporting a dynamic Deals and M&A function. This role plays a critical part in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in competitive, specialized markets, helping drive business growth through strategic hiring.
You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders and talent partners to shape sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll proactively source and engage mid to senior-level talent across niche markets, including finance and consulting
- You’ll build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing and market mapping
- You’ll lead recruiter screens, assessing both technical capabilities and long-term career alignment
- You’ll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- You’ll deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- You’ll share market insights and hiring trends to support informed decision-making
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in agency, executive search, or in-house environments
- Proven success sourcing passive, senior-level talent in competitive or niche markets
- Strong headhunting and networking capabilities using direct outreach and referrals
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems, and data-driven recruitment practices
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assess technical talent confidently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
