This position resides in the Ministry of Hospitals & Surgical Health Services under the Strategic Services and Procurement Division, Strategic Policy and Initiatives Branch.
The Ministry of Hospitals & Surgical Health Services (HSHS) is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager, Legislative Services and Agency Governance to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of key legislative and governance initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Policy and Legislative Services (PALS), this role provides expert legislative advice, oversees agency governance frameworks, and manages official records stewardship across the ministry.

Education and Experience
University graduation in a field related to the position assignment (Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, Social Sciences), supplemented by four (4) years related experience in legislative development, policy analysis, or government process management. Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency on a one for one basis. Minimum recruitment standards outline the minimum education and experience required for appointment to a job classification.
