If you’re inspired by innovation that advances how people connect and transforms what’s possible, you belong on #TeamBell.

On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

At Bell, your skills and expertise will help set us apart as we continue to be the leading provider of digital connections and next generation services to businesses and governments.

As a Business Analyst – Transformation, you will play a strategic role in supporting BBM’s major transformation initiatives. You will contribute to a wide range of projects including process improvements, new product and tool introductions, governance initiatives, system enhancements, and non-standard complex solutions.

Your primary responsibility is to analyze current business environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements — ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

· Lead and manage activities across multiple transformation initiatives, including documentation updates, detailed business requirements, and functional/design specifications.

· Conduct gap analyses and recommend targeted solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.

· Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, bringing together the right subject-matter experts to obtain accurate, complete information.

Process & Operational Improvement

· Document current-state (CMO) and design future-state (FMO) processes using industry-standard mapping methodologies.

· Analyze business patterns (customer behaviors, sales trends, product development workflows) to support effective strategic planning.

· Translate complex operational or technical concepts into straightforward, easy-to-understand documentation for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Serve as the liaison between Business Operations, IT, Engineering, and Product Management to collect requirements, validate solutions, and support system improvements.

· Influence cross-functional teams to align on solutions, manage differing viewpoints, and support successful project execution.

· Support risk identification, issue resolution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Support & Delivery

· Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, UAT plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrices.

· Support UAT planning and execution by defining test scenarios, reviewing defects, and ensuring business readiness.

· Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines are met in fast-paced, virtual or hybrid environments.

Critical Qualifications

·University or college degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

· Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within transformation or process-focused initiatives.

· Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

· Ability to document and translate CMO/FMO workflows and create detailed process maps.

· Skilled in facilitation of requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.

· Strong influencing skills to drive alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

· Proven ability to manage risks, negotiate effectively, and present a clear point of view when needed.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

· Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
