About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading Canadian retail organization, is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to support a high-impact team focused on optimizing product flow and driving cost efficiency across a national dealer network. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising and operations, where data-driven insights directly influence how products move from vendors to stores.

You will join a collaborative and diverse team that partners closely with merchandising, distribution centres, and transportation teams. With a strong people-first culture and regular touchpoints across teams, this is an environment where your ideas are welcomed, and your analysis helps shape real business decisions.

What’s in it for You

You will gain exposure to large-scale retail supply chain operations and work on meaningful projects that impact both cost and customer experience. This team values curiosity and continuous learning, with growing exposure to tools like Power BI and emerging AI technologies.

Expect a supportive and friendly workplace that encourages collaboration, offers mentorship, and promotes work-life balance through a hybrid model. You will also build strong cross-functional relationships and develop highly transferable analytical skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll analyze and set dealer minimum order quantities, balancing logistics, sales patterns, and store capacity
  • You’ll support product line reviews by conducting cost-benefit analysis and providing data-backed recommendations
  • You’ll collaborate with merchandising, vendors, and distribution teams to resolve supply chain constraints
  • You’ll evaluate seasonal and product-specific requirements, including temperature sensitivity and transportation needs
  • You’ll contribute to process improvements and special projects focused on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
