Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with manufacturing experience to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with operations and leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, leveraging advanced Excel and data analytics skills. Total rewards: $70000.00 - $95000.00 annually Generous relocation package Three weeks of paid vacation, plus statutory holidays 2 flexible personal days and 3 paid sick days RRSP program with company matching up to 6% Comprehensive employer-paid benefits Bonus opportunity tied to both individual and company performance Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct detailed variance analysis across volume, price, mix, labor, overhead, and standard costs Analyze key manufacturing KPIs, including production efficiency and overhead performance Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports and presentations Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to drive cost and margin improvement Support capital expenditure planning, business cases, and ROI analysis Enhance reporting automation, data analytics capabilities, and ensure accuracy and integrity across financial systems Successful candidates will have: University degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university Must be fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal) Minimum of 6 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing environment CPA or CMA designation completed or in progress Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with high attention to detail Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders This posting is for an active opening.
