The Analyst, Cost & Performance Management is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making, optimize costs, and enhance organizational performance. This role bridges finance, operations, and strategy by providing insights that drive efficiency and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management:
Analyze and monitor cost across all Global OPS Workpackages & Projects, ensures alignment through the various functions (such as EAC Releases) to meet objectives.
Compare actual costs to budgets and investigate variances to lead corrective actions
Define budget requirement and support standard costing processes through should cost review & Bid
Drives forecast accuracy by analyzing historical trends, refining financial models, and continuously monitoring variances to align projections with actual performance, including EVMS profile for all critical program
Performance Management:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic OKRs.
Conduct performance analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives. Holds cost impact authority to determine whether an initiative should or should not be implemented
Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
Reporting & Communication:
Create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management & Executives
Translate complex data into actionable insights.
Minimal Qualifications
A bachelor's degree, preferably in finance.
Ability to write reports, respond to questions, and present information to various stakeholders.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with an integrated management system, preferably ORACLE.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines independently.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and handle multiple concrete and abstract variables simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
