Job Description
The incumbent must work closely with the hardware engineering & Manufacturing departments to fully understand the processes and their needs. He must improve efficacity, productivity, as well as controlling our process both for Hardware engineering & Central planning for Global operations planning through rigorous analysis and process automation. The process and systems analyst will play a key role in line with the integrated management system. The analyst will contribute to data collection and perform detailed analysis to ensure that existing processes are maintained. They will take corrective actions with process stakeholders. The process and systems analyst will interpret data and propose improvements to tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
Improve processes related to the ERP using automation and system programming
Support system activities related to Hardware engineering & manufacturing operations
Prepare analyses to facilitate decision-making
Suggest and implement solutions to improve processes
Ensure control over system processes
Write reports, respond to inquiries, and present information to various process stakeholders (Managers, group leaders, project managers, planners, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
The ability to program in SQL, Python and VBA in a Windows environment
At least three to five years of relevant experience or training in the field
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office & Power-BI
Familiarity with an integrated management system (ERP), preferably ORACLE
Experience with a Multi-level BOM
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines autonomously
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
The ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
The ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and handle both concrete and abstract variables simultaneously
Prefered Qualifications:
Knowledge of Power Automate
Experience creating tools
Experience in digitalisation
