As a Mobile Response Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing mobile operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

  • Continental rotation schedule (0700–1900) averaging 88 hours bi-weekly

Responsibilities for Mobile Response Supervisor

  • Respond promptly to calls for assistance from various client sites
  • Conduct mobile patrols to ensure site safety and security
  • Attend and manage alarm activations and emergency situations
  • Provide on-site support, guidance, and supervision to security personnel
  • Liaise with clients, emergency services, and internal management as required
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications for Mobile Response Supervisor

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong dispute/conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent report writing abilities
  • Valid full driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  • Minimum 2–3 years of security experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
