Our client, a large and well-established organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of leadership development initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping future leaders by ensuring programs run smoothly, are engaging, and align with organizational values.
You will work closely with a collaborative Leadership and Talent Development team, alongside facilitators and senior leaders.
