Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Clearance: Eligible to obtain Reliability clearance

Compensation: $75–$92/hour
Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support key HR systems and transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate complex HR processes into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve organizational performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT teams, and senior decision-makers, to deliver impactful insights and system enhancements. Your work will directly contribute to improving workforce processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
You’ll join a collaborative and purpose-driven environment where your insights help shape how people and processes evolve. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful public sector initiatives, gain exposure to enterprise HR systems like SAP, and contribute to projects that prioritize efficiency and service excellence.

You’ll still engage directly with the client while we handle the logistics, provide guidance, and keep you informed every step of the way.
