About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about building technology that makes a real-world impact? This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategy and development of next-generation 9-1-1 emergency communication solutions within a global technology organization operating in the public safety and telecommunications space. You’ll play a key role in shaping products that directly support emergency response systems and community safety.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer stakeholders, acting as the critical bridge between technical delivery and user needs. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the development and evolution of a cloud-native 911 call handling product
  • In this role, you’ll define product requirements aligned with NENA standards and customer needs
  • You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning to delivery and iteration
  • You’ll engage directly with customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable features
  • You’ll track project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • You’ll prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value
  • You’ll ensure compliance with ISO standards and support cross-functional teams in delivery and deployment

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing the lifecycle of complex software products
  • Strong expertise in NENA 911 standards, including i2 and i3 specifications
  • Experience delivering solutions within Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)
  • Proven ability to lead cloud-native product initiatives
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
