Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 1 day on-site, 4 days work from home)

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as a key point of contact, responding to inquiries and supporting day-to-day team operations
  • You’ll prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials to support internal and external communications
  • You’ll coordinate information flow by liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • You’ll manage records and maintain SharePoint systems, ensuring file structures and access permissions are accurate and compliant
  • You’ll support financial processes by reviewing and submitting invoices and requisitions for processing

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a professional or regulatory environment
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Webex
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems effectively
