Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a busy and evolving calendar, ensuring meetings, travel, and priorities are well coordinated
- You’ll organize and maintain client communications, tracking follow-ups and supporting relationship management
- You’ll download, organize, and maintain data in Excel, ensuring files are structured and accessible
- You’ll support administrative operations, including expenses and invoices
- You’ll coordinate meetings and prepare materials, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- You’ll help build systems and processes that improve organization and efficiency across the team
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of progressive administrative experience, ideally within financial services
- Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
