Nous recrutons un(e) Analyste, performance financière pour rejoindre organisation manufacturière d’envergure mondiale reconnue pour son excellence opérationnelle et sa culture collaborative. Ce rôle clé s’inscrit dans une évolution stratégique de l’équipe finance, visant à renforcer l’analyse et la compréhension des coûts afin de soutenir la performance globale.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des opérations, achats et ingénierie, tout en agissant comme expert interne auprès de la direction financière. Votre contribution aura un impact direct sur la rentabilité, l’efficacité des processus et la prise de décision.

Vos responsabilités
  • Vous piloterez les coûts standards et analyserez les écarts de performance
  • Vous soutiendrez les décisions d’affaires grâce à des analyses financières approfondies
  • Vous collaborerez avec les équipes opérationnelles pour améliorer la rentabilité
  • Vous contribuerez aux fermetures mensuelles et aux prévisions financières
  • Vous participerez aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et aux projets stratégiques
Compétences et qualifications
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en coût de revient ou analyse financière en milieu manufacturier
  • Titre CPA obligatoire
  • Excellente maîtrise des coûts standards, inventaires et analyses de variance
  • Expérience avec un ERP, SAP un atout
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à vulgariser l’information

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Financial Performance Analyst to join a global manufacturing organization undergoing a strategic shift toward deeper financial analysis and operational insight. This role plays a central part in strengthening costing capabilities and supporting business performance across the plant.

Working closely with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into meaningful insights. Your work will directly influence profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll lead standard costing activities and analyze cost variances
  • You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements
  • You’ll support month-end close, reporting, and forecasting processes
  • You’ll provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency
  • You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and ERP transformation initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of manufacturing cost accounting or financial analysis experience
  • CPA designation required
  • Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis
  • ERP experience, SAP preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
