In this Senior Manager, Lease Administration role, you will own the end-to-end lease administration function for a national commercial real estate portfolio of more than 130 locations, spanning Toronto, Montreal, and Winnipeg. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making.
You’ll collaborate daily with Finance, Legal, Facilities, Construction, and external partners, becoming the organization’s go-to expert on lease obligations, operating expenses, critical dates, and recoveries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, values hands-on leadership, and wants to elevate processes and standards across a growing portfolio.
