Your Responsibilities

• You’ll oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately within defined timelines
• In this role, you’ll manage shipment coordination with carriers and maintain detailed records of dispatch and tracking
• You’ll lead and support a small team, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to manage special requests, returns, and customer-specific orders
• You’ll maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• You’ll contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized stockroom environment

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail fulfillment, or warehouse supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to lead small teams and foster a collaborative, accountable culture
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac applications, experience with shipping software is an asset
• Physically able lift up to 30 lbs, and perform active duties throughout shifts
