About the Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how healthcare professionals are registered and tracked across Canada. You’ll work in a dynamic, regulated environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze processes, define system enhancements, and support operational excellence. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and integrity of national registration operations.
In this role, you’ll support both feature development and operational documentation, helping to ensure systems run smoothly while meeting regulatory and stakeholder requirements. You’ll be part of a professional environment that values thoughtful analysis, meticulous documentation, and continuous improvement in healthcare operations.
